This module bridges you to very high level intuitive connections to be able to gain guidance on the fly in most situations and most things in your life. This is especially helpful for doing intuitive work but is also extremely helpful in your day-to-day as this guidance can help guide you massively in your accomplishments
- Sit comfortably, legs crossed in pretzel style or criss-cross applesauce, also known as Sukhasana (Easy Pose) in Yoga or meditation.
- Close your eyes and visualize white light coming into your private parts and pooling directly in that area. Keep visualizing until it feels or looks full in the visualization.
- Breathe in through your mouth and visualize the breath moving from your mouth and down into this pool of white light scooping it up and lifting it to your heart space in a way siphoning the energy into your heart. Keep breathing this way until your heart is filled with the energy from your private area
- Breath in again this time visualize the breath coming from your mouth and down into your heart space scooping up the pool of white light energy there and lifting it up and out the top of your head and way up into a dark night sky. Keep breathing this way until you feel it hook into a point very far above your head in the night sky. Visualize and allow the energy to now siphon and pool there
- Breathe in again and visualize the breath moving up this breath channel that was created when siphoning the energy up into the night sky but this time as you breathe visualize it pulling you up along this breath channel as if it were some kind of pulley lifting you to this higher point
- As you keep breathing and lifting, once your body reaches the night sky in the visualization imagine a shift from the dark night sky into a blue sky with white fluffy clouds and as that forms see yourself being set onto a grassy hill under the blue sky
- Visualize and feel yourself being locked in to this point by the hook the breath channel was connected to which is now at the back of your heart locking your back to this position and feel yourself sitting firmly on the grass hill while locked to this point
- Take in the nature that surrounds you and feel and sense anything you need to within this space
- When you’re ready wiggle your finger or your hand to bring your awareness back to your physical self and slowly open your eyes
